Live Music: Green For Go and 2 Local supports £3.00 on the door Green for go host a night of Indie/Rock with a differance, With the arrival of dub side and radiodread, the band were all interested to find out more about DUB and take it it forward as a kind of caucasian ragga sensation. We still obviously have the indie/rock vibe, as that is where their roots lay. But they want to make those roots into ROOTS and bring back what THE SPECIALS did so well. Keep it skank. Running Horse Music Promotions

The promotions team at The Running Horse have joined forces to create a new promo company, the whole point of refurbishing the Runner was to create a venue in Nottingham from which we could offer high quality entertainment by genre and also become a launch pad for the talent Nottingham has to offer. As you will see from our events page we have made serious headway along that path. What we would now like to do is put the right music into the right venues and ensure that our artists are managed and promoted professionally and with the respect their talent deserves. If you are an artist who would like to discuss management and promotion with us please feel free to call in and if you know of venues that you think may benefit from the service please contact us via the web page. runninghorsemusic@hotmail.co.uk

Live Music: Kazooee £3.00 on the door Supported by Other Left and Harlequinn Doors are at 8pm Kazooee 'get it'. They know how to be accessible to the alternative crowd without the burden of conforming to a scene. Their sound is instantaneous and un-hesitating, the vigorous riffing contrasted with the brooding moodiness and sullen nature of the lyrics. Formed in 2006 in Nottingham, Kazooee have been building momentum playing throughout the city and beyond. Their e.p. 'First' received excellent reviews from fans and critics alike including a thumbs up from Left Lion, one of Nottingham's premier music papers. This is a success they aim to build on with the release of their new full length album 'Wish I Had A Wolf Suit'. http://www.myspace.com/kazooee
